We can apply our highly durable, protective, urethane coating to your new horse trailer ensuring it looks awesome for years to come. We can also improve your older trailer and make it look fantastic again and function even better than when it was new. We can strip old rubber mats out of the trailer, torn rubber wall linings can be removed and then we prep the surfaces properly so that the liner will adhere and last for you. Hands-down the biggest mistake made when applying "Rhino Liner" type coatings is skimping on the surface preparation. If you the surfaces are not properly prepared, you're going to have problems. We can apply the liner to aluminum walls, steel walls, aluminum floors, wood floors, steel and fiberglass. We can apply it to OEM paint, too!
The Horse Trailer on this page is a used older trailer. We stripped off the junky, thin wall rubber sheeting and removed the glue used to adhere the cheap rubber wall mat to the aluminum wall of the trailer. Horse trailer manufacturers love to put this garbage on the walls because it's so cheap and they can make it last a year or so before a rowdy horse starts wearing it out. They have to glue it on because it'll sag and tear even faster if they just rivet it there. Our urethane lining is not a sheet that we glue on, it's evenly applied liquid urethane that hardens to a very durable protective armor. It simply will not sag like the cheap stuff the manufacturers use on their horse trailer walls.
As you can see, we removed the old wood floor and replaced it with new weather treated wood. This new floor is very durable and strong. Rather than throwing in some rubber mats that have been sitting in the parking lot at the local tractor supply store, we do it right by prepping the new wood flooring for application of our supreme urethane liquid coating. This gives your horses excellent footing, reduces the impact of the road and cuts down the noise while traveling. Much more comfortable for your important passengers riding in back here.

For example when our shop is repainting a piece of equipment, a horse trailer, truck or another vehicle regardless of the size all windows, door handles, weather-stripping, and windshield, if needed, are removed so the surface can be prepped properly for paint.
Remember, If you want it done right, you bring it to us. If you want it done cheap, you're wasting your money to begin with. The problem with the cheapest quotes is they screw you where you can't see it, the prep work! Prepping the job right cost more because somebody is putting in the time and effort to get the foundation of the job ready for proper application.
